Mark Hemmeter - President and Founder
Mark is President and Founder of Office Evolution. Prior to starting Office Evolution he was a developer and operator of hospitality properties including resort hotels in Hawaii, California and the Caribbean, gaming properties in Colorado, Louisiana and Mexico, and restaurants in California. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, he graduated the University of Colorado in 1985 with B.A. degrees in Finance and International Business. While at the University of Colorado, Mark also attended business school at City University in London and with the University of Pittsburgh on Semester at Sea.
Mark is a member of Young Presidents Organization and the Urban Land Institute. He is active with the University of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado University Real Estate Council and the Colorado University Tourism Advisory Council. He also guest lectures on tourism development at the University of Colorado College of Business.
Mark and his wife, Lisa, have three children and live in Boulder, Colorado.
Christy Silva - Colorado General Manager
Christy joined Office Evolution in July 2011. Her duties include Sales Leadership, Customer Service, and management of our on-site Location Managers. Christy’s background includes over 10 years of experience in sales, recruiting, and management in various industries, as well as business ownership. Prior to joining Office Evolution, Christy previously managed two large Colorado executive business centers. Christy is a strong supporter of small businesses and entrepreneurs and enjoys the diversity of working with a variety of clients.
In her free time, Christy enjoys spending time with her husband, kids and extended family. She enjoys being outdoors and taking advantage of the active Colorado lifestyle with activities such as skiing, hiking and golfing. She is a huge Broncos fan and during the fall you will find her actively supporting her sons’ pee-wee football team and coaching her daughter’s cheer team. As a Colorado native, Christy grew up in Broomfield and graduated from CU Boulder in 1997. She enjoys networking and has been an active participant in groups including BNI and the Broomfield Chamber of Commerce.
Kathie Robinson - Controller and Human Resources Manager
Kathie is the Controller and Human Resources Manager. Her duties include general ledger management, financial statement reporting, fixed asset management, payroll, insurance, tax and other related accounting functions.
Prior to Office Evolution, Kathie worked as an Assistant Controller for Patron Systems. As an entrepreneur, Kathie worked for businesses in the Denver/Boulder area as an accounting contractor leading and advising small businesses in successful management of their finances and helping them grow their businesses.
Kathie moved to Colorado in 1993. She has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin and 35 graduate level credits from Regis University in Denver. Kathie now lives in Lafayette and has three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and enjoying the Colorado outdoors.
Brandon Ehrhart - IT Director
Brandon is the IT Director. He manages the day to day IT infrastructure, researches new technologies and implements and supports technology used by employees and clients.
Prior to joining the Office Evolution team, Brandon was a Level 2 technical and technical consultant to the management team at PAR Technologies. Brandon earned a B.S. in Business from CSU Denver, and is currently working towards a Master's degree in Business.
He was born and raised in Denver, where he still lives. He enjoys spending time with friends and traveling.
Emily Larson - Communications Coordinator
Emily is the Communications Coordinator . Her duties include marketing communications and website maintenance and upgrades, as well as researching and implementing new community and networking platforms.
Before joining Office Evolution, Emily worked as General Manager of a luxury boutique inn in Boulder.
Emily earned a B.A. in French with a minor in Business from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
She was born and raised in Durango, and moved to Boulder in 2003 where she still lives. Emily enjoys traveling, studying foreign languages, cooking, rock climbing and yoga.
