Office Evolution was founded in 2003 by entrepreneur Mark Hemmeter. From the beginning, the company approached the small business services and virtual office markets from a unique point of view. Rather than emphasizing large, expensive executive suites or impersonal virtual office solutions, Mark Hemmeter determined to offer solutions with real value for the thousands of sole proprietors and small businesses throughout Colorado. The result is a growing number of business offices located throughout the Denver metro area and along the Colorado Front Range.

Since its inception, Office Evolution has grown exponentially as hundreds of small businesses and professional service providers have joined and begun to reap the benefits of an Office Evolution membership. More locations are planned for Colorado, as well as other states.

After refining the model in Colorado, Office Evolution plans on expanding to other cities and regions around the United States. The model developed by Office Evolution is efficient and scalable and can easily be replicated in multiple locations.

Mark Hemmeter – President and Founder
Mark is President and Founder of Office Evolution. Prior to starting Office Evolution he was a developer and operator of hospitality properties including resort hotels in Hawaii, California and the Caribbean, gaming properties in Colorado, Louisiana and Mexico, and restaurants in California. Originally from Honolulu, Hawaii, he graduated the University of Colorado in 1985 with B.A. degrees in Finance and International Business. While at the University of Colorado, Mark also attended business school at City University in London and with the University of Pittsburgh on Semester at Sea.

Mark is a member of Young Presidents Organization and the Urban Land Institute. He is active with the University of Colorado and is a member of the Colorado University Real Estate Council and the Colorado University Tourism Advisory Council. He also guest lectures on tourism development at the University of Colorado College of Business.

Mark and his wife, Lisa, have three children and live in Boulder, Colorado.

Christy is the Vice President of Colorado Operations, responsible for the operations of all locations and staff, as well as event planning and call center management. Most recently, before joining Office Evolution, Christy was a training consultant for Lafarge. Prior to that, her background includes retail management with Verizon Wireless, project management with the Home Depot, and significant call center and sales management with Gateway computers.

Christy earned a Bachelors of Science in Journalism from the University of Kansas, and has a Masters of Arts in Management from the University of Phoenix.
Originally from Columbia, MO, Christy's career has required much movement. She has lived in Chicago, Kansas City, Salt Lake City, Houston, and Atlanta. She is now proud to call downtown Denver home.

Scott Lewis – Director of Technology

Scott Lewis is the Director of Technology for Office Evolution. He has direct responsibility for the development, installation and management of our voice and data infrastructure.

Scott Lewis is the Director of Technology for Office Evolution. He has direct responsibility for the development, installation and management of our voice and data infrastructure.

Prior to joining Office Evolution in January 2006, Scott worked for Boulder-based brand development and marketing firm Sterling-Rice Group. As their Technology Manager Scott developed the infrastructure and the technology backbone of the organization. During his tenure the company nearly doubled in size and became the second largest agency in Colorado.

Scott has both a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Masters degree in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He was born in Los Angeles and currently lives in east Denver with his wife.

Tina Hill serves as the Director of Marketing for Office Evolution. She is responsible for the creation, implementation and measurement of all marketing activities and campaigns for the company.

Tina’s background includes exciting start up ventures as well as sales and management at various corporations.

Tina earned a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Cascade College in Portland, Oregon. She grew up traveling the world as a military dependent. Tina, her husband, and their dog are pleased to now call Colorado home.
