Pat Lombardi, a Farmer’s Insurance Agent based out of Louisville, is a long-time Office Evolution tenant. With 36 years of experience servicing Boulder County and the surrounding areas, Pat has accomplished several prestigious designations, including CLU, LUTCF, ChFC, RHU and REBC. Update: change to OE unlimited drop-in policy

We’ve now made it even easier for you to get work done! Unlimited drop-in time is now available at ALL 9 Office Evolution locations. This policy applies first to drop in workstations (cubicles), available at most locations. If a cubicle is unavailable, please check in with a receptionist who will direct you to an available day office or furnished vacant office. (Please be advised that day office use is subject to availability as day offices may be reserved in advance. Furthermore, furnished vacant offices are subject to tours by prospective tenants.)

Small and large organizations turning to teleworking

Organizations from the U.S. Navy to the Arizona Department of Administration are taking a serious look at implementing telework as a means of increasing employee productivity and decreasing the ecological detriments caused by commuting. President Obama has pledged to expand teleworking options for federal employees by supporting paid family leave and flexible work schedules.

According to SuiteCommute, among companies surveyed, most report a 15-45% increase in employee productivity for those employees who telework at least part-time. Almost half of those surveyed cited teleworking options as one of the best ways to attract top talent, second only to salary.

Teleworking is also touted as a way to reduce employee stress levels and improve employee retention rates and, thereby, save company dollars by cutting the costs associated with employee replacement.
