 Private offices now available for lease at Boulder Pearl office
On October 1st, 2010, Office Evolution will shut down the Boulder Walnut business center, and expand the Boulder Pearl location to include 17 private offices, 4 private cubicles, 4 conference rooms and a private shower.
 The newly improved suite will also feature a new reception area and updated kitchen.

Constance Woodis
Constance Woodis,
Location Manager at our downtown Denver business center, has been with the company since May 2008. She started as the Location Manager for the downtown Denver office, and then acted as a floater also covering Aurora and Park Meadows. Prior to joining OE, Constance held a position at the Denver Convention and Visitor’s Bureau and prior to that she worked in the travel and leisure industry.
Here are a few fun facts about Constance:
- She is a true local – not only was she born and raised in Colorado, her father’s family homesteaded in Deer Trail, CO, the home of the first rodeo ever.
- Her passions are travel, the outdoors, travel, her dogs, and travel – her favorite passport stamps are from Egypt and Mauritius.
- Her favorite guilty TV pleasure is the National Geographic channel.
- Her biggest claim to fame is that she was able to see the first space shuttle launch from the NASA VIP stands.
- She could not live without ice cream.
- Her dream car would run on solar power.
