Convenience in this busy time is crucial. With 10 Locations across the Front Range, you can use our state of the art copy and fax machines to prepare for an impromptu meeting or fax in a last minute contract.

We are much less expensive than a traditional copy shop in a more professional environment- and we have notary service available as well!

Digital Fax With Unified Messaging

With Unified Messaging you can access your voicemail, your faxes and your emails all with the click of a mouse.

With Unified Messaging, you can stop checking multiple sources for all your messages – just check your email and all your bases are covered! You can even save or forward voicemails and faxes to associates via email. Improve your workflows and easily track all important documents and messages with Unified Messaging.

With Digital Fax, your inbound faxes will be sent directly to your email where you can print, file or even forward them on to associates without having to deal with a fax machine.

Unlimited drop-in time

Unlimited drop-in time is now available at ALL Office Evolution locations. This policy applies first to drop in workstations (cubicles). If a cubicle is unavailable, please check in with a receptionist who will direct you to an available day office or furnished vacant office.

Drop-in time is based on availability and is limited to one hour/day if other members are waiting to use the drop-in space. Unlimited drop-in time is not available with the OE Attendant Plan.

Receptionist Services

Our receptionists are experts at first impressions. They will greet your clients, offer them a cup of coffee or tea and make them comfortable.

By keeping in contact with us, you can rest assured that we can communicate with your clients if you are running late and we will make them feel welcomed in our facilities. If you arrive first, we will escort your guests to your reserved conference room when they arrive.

Many of the Office Evolution clients even like to put up their own temporary signage or collateral to make the room truly reflect their own company.

Mail Services

In today's competitive environment, it is fatal to use a home address or PO Box for your business mailing address. By using our business centers as your business address, you establish instant credibility. We sort your mail and keep it in a locked, secure, private mailbox.

For most of our locations, you can pick up your mail 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. For a nominal fee, we can even forward your mail on a weekly basis. If you are just looking to have a presence in Colorado, we can provide that without having you ever step foot in the state.

We also accept packages so that you are wasting valuable time waiting around for the delivery man. We will alert you via e-mail when you receive a package.
