Office Evolution’s Texas-size plans include the Lone Star State’s sixth location— San Antonio opening early 2021!
San Antonio is talking about their newest Office Evolution coworking space opening in February 2021. MySanAntonio.com reports that residents Brian and Nerrida Koster join the Office Evolution’s ‘Ohana’ family with their plans to open a 7,000 square foot OE location at 1846 N. Loop 1604 West.
The Kosters will service remote workers and small to medium-sized businesses who are looking for a safe place to work, be inspired, and be productive, all while staying safe and close to home.
“As corporations think about a new model for how they’re going to have their employees work, I think that’s going to favor the coworking market.”
—And according to Brian, there will be a plexiglass barrier in front of the reception desk, and they are exploring touchless entry and a one-way walking pattern through the space.
“With COVID and the changing dynamics in the commercial real estate market, we’re also beginning to attract corporate customers who want to give their employees the option of working in a work environment, but they no longer see the need to have giant offices with a traditional lease.”
Like in San Antonio, businesses across the nation are tapping into these flexible workspace options, providing employees with a safe and collaborative environment.
That means no more long commutes or sharing dreaded elevators, and no more working out of your homes, coffee houses, or libraries.
