Office Evolution expanding in the DC region once again,

with a gorgeous business center ready to open in the Fall of 2021

Thank you to Franchising USA Magazine, who has announced Office Evolution’s most recent expansion in the DC region, serving Northern Virginia’s remote workers, small businesses and entrepreneurs by giving them a safe, bright, convenient place to get work done!

Arlington’s new Office Evolution business center is owned by Trey Hardin, a local entrepreneur, and is set to open in the Fall of 2021. Located at 1530 Wilson Blvd., the new 11,187 square foot location will provide businesses and remote workers with access to 53 private offices and 2 conference rooms and so many other amenities. Trey says what Office Evolution knows to be true—

“Flexibility and convenience have never been more important to employers, employees, and solopreneurs than they are today and will continue to be in a post-pandemic economy.”

Trey’s new Office Evolution business center will consist of many exterior offices along an extensive window-line, spacious conference rooms, a high-end kitchen and dining area, and a sound-proofed podcast room. The newly remodeled building includes a fitness center, amenity room, and additional conference room space.

“This region is home to our nation’s largest employer—the federal government—as well as many other active and growing industries who depend on continuity and stability during uncertain times.” Trey says. “I am building out a business center in a prominent Rosslyn building that will provide the newest technology and amenities and a professional work environment where our members will be proud to call their office and host visitors.”
