Office Evolution Expands in TX; adds Austin & San Antonio

OFFICE EVOLUTION IN THE NEWS

Austin couple spreads the safety and convenience of Office Evolution’s coworking concept to San Antonio by opening the area’s first OE location!

Office Evolution is pleased to announce the 2021 opening of San Antonio’s first OE location! Two of the area’s news outlets, the Laredo Mountain Times and the San Antonio Express News, report that the SA location will open as early as February—

The 7,000 square-foot office space in San Antonio located at 1846 N. Loop 1604 West will be owned and operated by Brian and Nerrida Koster of Austin and will include 35 private offices, conference rooms and a drop-in area with room for about 10 people. Kevin says—

“With COVID and the changing dynamics in the commercial real estate market, we’re also beginning to attract corporate customers who want to give their employees the option of working in a work environment, but they no longer see the need to have giant offices with a traditional lease.”

Small to medium-sized businesses and remote workers need a professional workspace that is quiet and where they can run their business effectively and safely.

Texas’s population is booming, and the Koster’s believe Office Evolution’s safety protocols, suburban close-to-home location, and flexible lease options will draw customers. Kevin adds—

“With that growth is going to come a need for coworking space,” Koster said. “As corporations think about a new model for how they’re going to have their employees work, I think that’s going to favor the coworking market as well.”

Be safe, be inspired, be productive, all while staying close to home. With more than 70 office space locations across the nation, Office Evolution is excited to continue expansion in cities like San Antonio where the Dreamers, Risk-takers and Doers of all business thrive!
