Office Evolution set to open 5th & 6th OE Franchise Locations
Business Reimagined for Texas as Office Evolution set to open the state’s fifth and sixth OE franchise
Office Evolution is featured once again on Franchising.com as the Lone Star state welcomes its two new OE locations, both set to open by early 2021. Like so many other cities across the nation, San Antonio and Austin have seen a sharp increase in demand for flexible, close-to-home office space due to the pandemic, and now with the recent spike in Covid-19 cases, businesses of all sizes are turning toward coworking as a solution to the traditional office setting.
Employers realize that remote working results in more productive and more inspired employees
San Antonio residents Brian and Nerrida Koster plan to open their 7,000 square-foot Office Evolution location, which will be located at 1846 N. Loop 1604 West. Brian tells Franchising.com that—
"These business owners and solopreneurs work very hard to keep their businesses growing, and we are excited to be able to provide them with access to a safe and professional workspace environment where they can continue to network, collaborate, and innovate to help their business thrive."
Austin resident Tyler Jensen said his new OE location will include 7,850 square feet of space with 36 private offices, two conference rooms and 8-10 drop-in workspaces at 8911 North Capital of Texas Highway.
"The city of Austin has experienced a lot of growth over the past couple of years,” Jensen said. “And the amount of entrepreneurs and small businesses searching for flexible workspace, coupled with the increased demand due to Covid-19 makes this the perfect market for our Office Evolution."
