Working from home is a dream setup for many, and for good reason. You don’t have to battle traffic congestion twice a day. You have every comfort of home at your disposal, including unlimited snacks and TV. You can spend less time getting ready in the morning, which can translate into extra sleep.
However, these and other benefits have a price. For starters, working from home severely limits how much you’re able to grow. If you plan on taking on employees that aren’t remote workers, you’ll need a place for them to work, and your kitchen table isn’t usually the best option.
