At Office Evolution Los Gatos we offer a variety of spaces for you to work from. We have a small conference room (capacity: 5 people), and a large conference room (capacity: 16 people). These two rooms are equipped with large whiteboards, a television, and a Polycom conference telephone. Our large room, which works nicely for socially distant meetings, has wheels on all chairs and desks in order to allow for you to rearrange in whatever format you prefer.
We also have private office spaces available, perfect for 1 person who just needs space for themselves. These rooms are fully-furnished with desks, ergonomic chairs, hand sanitizer, and speedy Internet. We also have adjustable desk upon request if you prefer to stand. You can reserve these rooms by the hour, or monthly. Whatever works best for you and your company.
We are working hard right now to accommodate people and be as flexible as possible to each person’s situation. During this time with cases rising in Santa Clara County, we know safety is your priority and you still occasionally need space to meet socially distanced or hold virtual events. At our center, masks are required at all times even in these conference rooms in compliance with the current health protocols. These rooms are thoroughly cleaned before and after meetings, and we have multiple private offices furnished, clean and ready for individuals who need space for one.
Our Los Gatos Business Center Manager, Maddie, is happy to help you with space Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. If you have a special request after-hours or have questions, feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help you. If you have clients or guests coming, let us know and we will greet and get them situated for your meeting.
