March Madness: Working from Home vs. Co-working

Small business owners have choices on where to work and how to set up their businesses. We couldn’t help but get caught up in the March Madess and set up some brackets.

Our first match-up is Working from Home vs. Co-working space. Each option has its benefits, but let’s face it, it requires a LOT of discipline to not get distracted working at home.  Some folks can do it, while many tend to be more productive getting out of the house.   Not to mention the networking you can take advantage of when working with other like-minded small business professionals.  For these reasons, the winner is….

Co-working!

Don’t take our word for it – check out this article from Inc.com on 8 reasons to consider co-working space.  Our office space in Somerville draws in small business owners from neighboring towns of Bridgewater, Hillsborough, Readington, Martinsville, Raritan, and beyond.
