Tampa’s Newest Coworking Space Opens on Harbour Island
The Harbour Island location is the second Office Evolution franchise facility in the city of Tampa.
TAMPA, March 2, 2020 – Office Evolution, the largest coworking franchisor in the U.S., is proud to announce the grand opening of its Harbour Island location in Tampa, Florida. Owners John and Karen Przedpelski opened the location in January 2020 and are eager to invite the public to attend the official celebration and ribbon cutting on March 4, 2020, from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Located in suite 109 of 601 South Harbour Island Boulevard, the 13,000-square-foot waterfront facility overlooks Tampa General Hospital, the Convention Center and Downtown Tampa, an area that a 2019 Tampa Downtown Partnership survey revealed had experienced 32 percent growth in residential units, from 5,709 in 2016 to 7,546 in 2018.

The Harbour Island Tampa facility offers 45 dedicated workspaces, two fully furnished day offices, telephone answering services, virtual address memberships with private mailboxes, two well-appointed coworking business lounges and a community kitchen. The location also has 6 conference rooms available that can accommodate between 2 and 30 people.
