Please tell us about your company.

Beautiful Home Services is a local home remodeling company specializing in high end finishes. We focus on bathrooms, kitchens, basements, flooring, painting, and drywall. 

 

What is your role at your company?

I am the Senior Sales Manager. I handle my own sales and business development as well as managing the rest of the sales team to ensure they meet their goals. 

 

What makes your products & services different?

We are one of the highest rated contractors on all of the major review sites. We accomplish this by having a customer focused, relationship based, communication heavy, transparent approach to our work. We do not view clients as just a transaction, but rather a potential relationship. We do over 60% of our business from repeat clients and referrals. I do not want to do one project for you and leave, I want to do the first project for you so well that you don't even think about hiring anyone else in the future. The only way I can make this a reality is by being fully transparent throughout the entire sales and materials process, communicating effectively before, during, and after the project, and completing the project with expert craftsmanship.

 

Who is your ideal customer? 

My ideal client is someone who recently purchased a house and wants to make it their own. Whether it be a fixer upper in need of many projects, or a move-in ready home that just needs some refreshing. My favorite part of being in this industry is being able to reimagine someone's space and make it their own.

I choose Office Evolution because of their flexibility, customer service, cleanliness, and location. They are always willing to accommodate me even at the last minute. The people who work there are always happy to see you and helpful with any issues you may have. The offices are always sanitized, and the kitchen area is very clean and organized. Finally, the location is perfect for me. I live in Falls Church and do work in Maryland, DC, and Virginia, so Tysons is a perfectly central location for me to call my home base.
