We are thrilled to announce an exciting new chapter for Office Evolution! Over the past few months, we have undertaken a comprehensive renovation and expansion of the original Office Evolution – Boulder location. This transformation has not only enhanced productivity but also underscores our commitment to innovation, expanded offerings for our community, and our ever-present “Ohana.”

Embracing Growth and Community

For over 21 years, our community has been growing, and we recognize the importance of providing a workspace that aligns with our core values and supports the needs of our members and guests. This renovation is about more than aesthetics; it’s about creating an environment where collaboration thrives, creativity flourishes, and everyone feels inspired to do their best work. To bring this vision to life, we partnered with Rog & Wilco, a Boulder-native construction team renowned for their dedication to quality and community engagement.

Expanding Horizons

Before our expansion, the Office Evolution – Boulder location spanned 7,000 square feet, welcoming start-ups, entrepreneurs, and growing businesses to call this workspace their home away from home. Now, with the completion of this project, we have added an additional 3,000 square feet. This expansion effectively doubles our private office availability, coworking access, and kitchen space while upgrading our six meeting rooms. Additionally, members can now access our innovative amenity space, called Basecamp, featuring a state-of-the-art private gym, yoga studio, training room, and much more.

• Expanded Phone Booths: Recognizing the need for quiet spaces in a bustling environment, we have added more phone booths throughout the office. These soundproof booths offer privacy for important calls and focused work.
• Modern Kitchen and Mail Space: Our newly renovated kitchen and mail area are designed with your convenience in mind. Enjoy a break with freshly brewed coffee or catch up on correspondence in a space that balances functionality with comfort.
