I rented an office here for several months. It's in a great location and very affordable. The offices are a good choice for a personal office or a shared office space for several people. Office Evolution also provides 24/7 hour access, which was nice for us, as we often worked odd hours. I appreciated how accommodating and communicative Carla was during our time at OE.
Note that this is not a co-working space in the style of WeWork or Kiln, with large open work areas and a constant flow of people. While there is a shared open area at OE, the focus is on private offices. If you're looking for that community feel and hustle and bustle, another place is better suited. However, if you're looking for something more private and quiet, then OE fits the bill.

We are loving our digs at the Centerville Office Evolution location. The building is close to the I-15 freeway and the Legacy Parkway. It is newer construction with ample free parking. The common areas of the OE Suites have a fresh, clean feel. They are tastefully decorated and beautifully maintained. The Executive office we're in is spacious, well-lit, and has a pleasant view. I think that what sets it apart though, is the Office Manager, Carla. She is personable and friendly and has proven helpful in accommodating our needs as new tenants, including working through a technical glitch we had with our phone. She bends over backwards to provide a sense of community among the tenants, and even brings in pie (often homemade) on Wednesdays. The break area is always clean and well-stocked and the Conference Rooms are the perfect size for larger gatherings of Employees located in other locations. We're very pleased with the service and the space.

Carla Stewart and her family have called Centerville home for 13 years. Her husband of 24 years, 5 children between the ages of 9 and 22, 1 large rabbit, and 11 chickens keep her on her toes. Balancing her big family has made her a master of multitasking, if you can manage 11 chickens while keeping up with 5 children, you can do anything. When she is not at work she loves exercising with her family — at the gym, playing sports outside, or by going for a hike. Carla brings her attentive and caring mentality with her to the office every day.
