Office Evolution Downtown Denver, with 22 private offices, is conveniently located in the heart of LoDo (Lower Downtown) in Denver. We are right off of the very popular 16th Street Pedestrian mall, around the corner from Larimer Square, just a few blocks from Union Station and Coors Field. Easy access from i-25, i-70, and other major highways. Our office building is a designated historic landmark building built in the 1800s and features charming exposed brick, high ceilings with beautiful wood panels, and street-facing window offices.
We have offices available for anywhere between 1- 6 people varying in size and layout. We feature private offices, micro offices, and dedicated desks as well.
