You will find a range of accommodations at OE Hillsboro, allowing you to choose the right space for each meeting. We offer office rentals for one-on-one meetings, a mid-sized conference room for up to 6 people, and a larger conference room that accommodates 12 people, as well as virtual guests.

3. Access to Meeting & Video Conferencing Equipment

Our Cascade Conference Room and Oceanside Training Room each contain a glass whiteboard, conference phone, and Smart TV. We also provide all guests with unlimited access to secure, high speed WiFi. The Training Room is also equipped with a Poly Studio X video bar that captures video and audio throughout the entire space creating a positive experience for your virtual guests.

Flexible reservations are available from one hour to all day. Discounted day rates are available and all members receive 50% off meeting room bookings.
