Well appointed dedicated office space with access to a shared workspace when needed is invaluable with 2 people using the same office. Especially when a client needs a spot to work unexpectedly. Conference rooms are worthy of a corporate environment, with the ability to sit large team if needed. White board and large displays for presenting as well.
The Office Manager, Samantha Goodrich, knows her job and her clients. Flexible, attentive and personable providing great customer service- rare qualities in these introverted times.

Meet Samantha Goodrich, the BCM at Belmar, in the heart of Lakewood. Sam has over a decade of experience running a small business and she understands the challenges our members may face as they grow their own businesses. She’s inspired every day by the innovation and connection that her members bring to the office. Sam works to facilitate Office Evolution ohana (the Hawaiian word for extended family), whether it’s providing recommendations and ideas, or just being a sounding board to her members as they find their own solutions. Sam would appreciate the opportunity to give you a tour of the space and show you our home for Dreamers, Risk-Takers, and Doers.
Personally, she’s a mom with a young son, loves to be in the mountains any chance she gets and is an avid reader and a Risk-Taker!
