About Our Location
We are designed for productivity, so you can focus on your business goals. If you need to host a meeting, we offer conference rooms and meeting spaces. While you are using our space enjoy the best coffee from our whole bean Starbucks brewer and as much complimentary Lacroix, and tea as you would like.
The Aspen Meeting Room is a large exterior room with amazing mountain views of the front range. It is conveniently located near the reception area and community kitchen. It has plenty of warm natural light from the large windows. The Aspen Room can seat up to 12 individuals. This large conference room has an HDMI display port that allows connection from your laptop to our 65-inch 4K TV and a large whiteboard. It has a built-in retractable roller shade for privacy. It features a Logitech 360 video camera so it can video a 360 view of anyone sitting in the room and can be controlled via a remote. The Aspen room is equipped with a conference room VOIP phone and a large air purifier.
Our second conference room or The Vail Meeting Room is an interior room equipped with a large TV (HDMI, MAC Adapters, Airplay) and whiteboard. It is conveniently located near the reception area and community kitchen. The Vail Meeting Room is equipped with a conference room VOIP phone and air purifier.
We also offer private day offices rentable by the hour or by the day.
