About Our Meeting Rooms
Office Evolution Raleigh provides meeting rooms by the hour, partial hour. Rates start as low as $40/hour for guests, however Members receive a 50% discount off the already low guest rates. Private Office and certain Coworking Memberships also include $60 worth of meeting room use per month.
Office Evolution Raleigh Meeting Rooms, also known as Conference Rooms, include wi-fi internet, have large dry-erase white boards, modern tables and chairs, and a 55″ high definition color monitor. We also provide a receptionist to greet your guests, complementary parking and hot beverages for you and your guests.
- Small Conference Room: accommodates 4-6
- Medium Conference Rooms: accommodates 6-8
- Large Conference Rooms: accommodates up to 20
- Training Room: accommodates up to 40
We also offer a fully furnished Day Office with a desk, executive chair and two guest chairs that accommodates up to 3.

Depending on the membership plan selected, Office Evolution Members receive a monthly allocation toward free use of meeting spaces and day offices. But ALL Members enjoy deep discounts on Guest rates for additional room reservations.
