Meet Kristi Dawson, Business Center Manager for Surprise. She brings solid customer service and operational management skills to Office Evolution. Her background is in the insurance and construction industries, which she held many positions. Most important, and I quote Kristi, “Although both industries were very different, the common link between both was making sure all customers were happy at the end of the day.”. Our Members are #1 to us, and Kristi understands this making her a valuable team member of our Ohana.
Hi there, I’m Shelley Bade, and I am so pleased to be the first ‘conversion effort’ of Office Evolution. I come to the Ohana with more than 14 years of experience in shared workspace concepts in Arizona. I have owned my own office suites company and from this, have come on board with 2 quality locations that I have since converted to the OE model and brand. They are Peoria and Surprise, both here in the the greater Phoenix area.
I have been in the commercial real estate arena since 1993 in the Phoenix area; and specialize in office leasing and property management. Who would have thought that the path I have taken for the last 30 years would lead me to here? I love where I am at right now, and my passion for many years has been small businesses and the entrepreneurial spirit that drives them. I am now in a position to help them grow and connect with other like-minded professionals.
I have the best staff that anyone could ever ask for. All of my team members are committed to the overall success of the company and have a passion to support each other, our members and our surrounding communities.
I love my husband Thom, and together we have 5 kids. I like to travel and enjoy golfing and sailing with friends.
