Let’s talk about the large conference room at Office Evolution Troy!
Our 16 person large conference room is the largest private space available at Office Evolution Troy. The large conference room features an 82 inch TV with wired and wireless connectivity. The large conference room includes atrium views and is directly off of the elevator making it extra easy to greet your meeting attendees.
The large conference room has THREE layouts to choose from:
Executive Boardroom
The executive boardroom configuration of our large conference room features one large table with 16 seats around the outside.
Classroom Setup – Configuration 1 
The classroom configuration of our large conference room features four rows of tables with two seats per table. The classroom configuration is a great option for training or a continuing education meeting and utilizing our conference room technology including the extra large 82 inch TV.
Classroom Setup – Configuration 2 – White Board
The second classroom configuration is a fantastic solution for presentations that are more impactful by utilizing our double white boards in the large conference room.
Team Building
The team building or break out group configuration features four groups of four seats. This configuration is perfect for the next team building or team challenge event you need to host.
Standard Premium Features
All conference room reservations come standard with a large flat screen TV with HDMI and wireless connectivity as well as a dedicated phone line for conference calls. Table top power connectivity will keep you plugged in and productive for as long as your meeting needs to run.
Amenities
Amenities available with all conference room reservations include complimentary premium coffee, Wifi credentials and access to the Office Evolution Troy community kitchen, staffed reception.
Notary, copy, print and fax services are also available at an added cost.
