We recently had a meeting here and the location itself is a win, the site is a win and the space we used was just right for us. The front desk could not have been kinder or more helpful - I strongly recommend using Office Evolution.

Our recent meeting room booking was a 5 star experience. The environment was very nice and quiet and the whiteboard wall was great for our brainstorming sessions. Highly recommend!

I recently booked a meeting space at Office Evolution in Naperville to handle a document signing. Even though I am not a regular tenant, the booking process was seamless from start to finish. Ashley Shi oversaw the meeting and provided excellent notary services. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the entire process completely smooth and stress-free.

I have been using office evolution for a few years, and everything is just being done on time very professional and I have zero complaints.. very kind personal and always on top of their communication. Would definitely highly recommend for anyone needing their service.

This office has been perfect for our needs! It’s beautiful (I can see a view of the mature trees in the park from my windows) - and inside it’s quiet and clean. The staff who manage the space are friendly, professional, and quick to take care of any needs. My office neighbors are great too! So thankful I found this office space!

I currently work from home. However, last week I needed to organize a face to face business meeting. Among many options in Naperville, Office Evolution team was the most responsive one. The conference room I rented for our meeting was exceptionally good and met all our expectations. High speed internet included with the room rental was also quite helpful to run a Teams meeting with other team members who could not make it to Naperville. The room and the entire place were also very clean and tidy. My guest also loved the complimentary coffee. I would definitely rent office space and/or conference room at Office Evolution with no hesitation. Highly recommended!

I rented an office here for 4 months, and it was exactly what I was looking for—quiet and personal. I never had any issues with anyone during my time there. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. My favorite part was the 24-hour access. There were times I would go in on a Saturday night just to hang out and get work done. I could stay as long as I wanted and be productive without any interruptions. I also appreciated the amenities—I would often spend the whole day there, bring food, use the fridge and microwave, and clean up after myself. It made the space feel very convenient and comfortable. Overall, it was a great experience with a seamless setup. Thank you, Ashley.

I used this place for 6 months with no problem at all , recommended and Jennifer who is the manager is very kind and helpfull. I will use their service when I need again in the future
