Our large conference room comfortably seats 8-10 people and comes with Roku casting box, noise dampening, hard wire Ethernet, guest check in, phone answering and catering upon request. We also have free coffee and tea and access to the shared kitchen.
Not every meeting requires a formal conference room. Sometimes a smaller room with a table that seats three, four or five people will do a better job helping you close the deal. or if you want to have a brainstorming session with your team, a smaller meeting space that keeps you all engaged will help you build on each others' ideas.
This fully Private staged office is perfect if you need a small space to meet with a person or two, or if you need a fully private space for a few hours, our day office is here to help you get your work done. All members receive 50% off all conference room bookings.

Office Evolution rents conference room by the hour or the day at over 70 locations across the USA.Rates start as low as $30/hour, but can vary depending on location and size of conference room.We also have many plans include a $60 credit of conference room rentals each month and nationwide access.
If you know you need the space for a day or more, make sure you call the Business Center Manager to get rates specific to your needs.

When you book a conference room each room comes with: a casting box and includes noise dampening in the room for your privacy. it also includes an administrative assistant to greet and check in your clients, access to the share kitchen space, as well as hard wire internet and wifi for you and your guest(s.) We also provide call transferring and speaker conference calls if requested. If need be, we are happy to reschedule or edit your meeting and if you need to cancel we do have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
Once you have confirmed your booking, we will reach out to you to make sure we can help with anything you will need the day of your meeting. Once you arrive we will check in you and any of your guest and show you to your conference room or day office, help you get set up and make sure you have everything you need to run a productive meeting.
