Our region Sales office moved from California to Arizona and needed a temporary space while our office was being remodeled. Facilities are brand new and very clean. 3. Pricing options are great depending on your needs. 4. Fresh ground coffee available to all tenants and very nice break room with microwave, refrigerator, and REAL forks, spoons, plates, glasses... that might sound unimportant, but it's better for the environment because we don't have to rely on the disposable plastic ones. 5. Management team is very friendly, they make you feel welcome and part of the community. In addition to that, the variety of people that you interact with is quite interesting. In conclusion, I love it here!
