SalesLab is a sales development and coaching consultancy for B2B companies run by Mike Poledna. We have a proven framework for growing sales which we call, the 4P Growth Strategy™. Mike’s passion is helping senior executives sleep easier knowing they have reduced their stress caused by a poorly functioning sales organization. Mike previously held the role of VP of sales for a software company formerly known as Netchemia. The goal was to go from 10M to 25M in sales in two years and sell, which we did within 12 months. We sold the company to the world’s number one private equity group, Vista Equity Partners.
Coming from this background, Mike is looking to help companies with revenues between 1M and 20M who are engaged in B2B sales and are concerned about slow or declining sales. According to Mike, “My ideal prospect will say something like, ‘sales have been flat for the past couple of years. We fired our VP of Sales and hired a new one. That person has been on board for eight months and nothing is getting better.
