Working at home during the holidays can deal a huge blow to your productivity. Granted, most people at work are busy dreaming of shopping lists, turkey dinners, and celebrating with family and friends at the end of the year, but for those who work at home, focus can be almost nonexistent.
Because people who work from home have built-in flexibility in their jobs, they may be more likely to throw caution to the wind and knock off early (or not “show up” to work at all).
