We are proud to announce that we are expanding! The franchise, which has been part of the Denver community since 2020, is owned and operated by Diane Mapes and her husband, Dennis. Set for completion in late May 2025, the expansion adds approximately 5,500 square feet, 30 new offices, and another meeting room to the existing floorplan, which will now boast 16,500 square feet, 72 offices, and three meeting rooms total 14 of the 30 new offices are priced under $800 a month – perfect for small businesses – and all three meeting rooms have been reconfigured to offer breathtaking views of the Rocky Mountains. The Mapeses expect to have the site ready for members to move in on June 1. Conveniently located just one block east of I-25 off 120th Ave. at 11990 Grant St., Suite 550, Office Evolution Denver Metro North/Northglenn is easily accessible with ample free parking. Members and visitors are within walking distance to over 25 restaurants – from locally-made pizza, burgers, and barbecue to Asian and Italian specialties – as well as Northglenn’s recreation center, which offers childcare and fitness facilities.

The expansion’s completion comes just in time to celebrate the location’s fifth anniversary. Denver Metro North/Northglenn opened in June 2020; the need for expansion became clear after the original space sustained full occupancy. The space has approximately 300 members, including virtual members, and offers a wide range of flexible workspace solutions close to home, including dedicated and on-demand offices, team offices, coworking space, meeting rooms, and virtual mail plans with a professional business address.
