Office Evolution Adds Office Space in Matawan, NJ

We are pleased to announce that Office Evolution is coming to Matawan, NJ!

The building is located at 100 Matawan Road next to Garden State Parkway, and is next to NJ Transit bus stio to NYC! Many amenities nearby including restaurants, retail shops and even hiking tailhead for Cheesequake State Park.

The ~8000 sf 3^rd floor location will take up a quarter floor of the building with a private terrace. It will have 35 offices, 2 conference rooms, an open break area and an open drop in area near the front of the space. The building also features a full height atrium space off the main entrance.

BM Murad and Mohammad Momin along with their real estate team that helped with the process, Brandon DeGraff (Cushman & Wakefield) and Erin Moran (JLL), worked together to make sure all things were ready for the future opening.
