Flex Space Giant Office Evolution Expands in the Greater Houston Area with its First Landlord Deal

This week, Franchising.com announces big news in Cypress Texas where two commercial property owners, Putul and Samir Banerjie, have recently chosen to purchase an Office Evolution franchise to enhance the asset and incorporate flex into their building.

The deal marks the first time since Office Evolution opened its doors in 2003 that an existing asset owner becomes a franchisee!

This new Office Evolution will be located at 14150 Huffmeister Road in Cypress, Texas. Soon, the owners plan to announce all the amenities the space will offer its local entrepreneurs, remote workers, and small businesses. Banerjie says—
