Are you a dreamer, risk-taker, or doer?

I am dreamer! I enjoy looking at the future and seeing the possibilities. It’s fun to dream and then head to the drawing board to construct ways to move toward that dream.

What do you enjoy most about supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs?

I love seeing our members grow into their dreams— They might start off with a virtual membership, and before you know it, they are moving into an office space. In that moment, it’s awesome to recall our initial tour!

How many members (businesses) do your support in your location?

I currently support about 63 different businesses at our Shared Workspace in Ontario, CA.

What is just one thing you do that adds value to the members’ experience?

I constantly try to visualize myself in our members’ shoes. I ask myself questions like, ‘how do my members’ clients perceive our location? How can both my members and their clients benefit from the experience we provide them? What can we do to improve?’
