Are you a dreamer, risk-taker, or doer?

I am definitely a doer! I love to plan, organize, make checklists and, ultimately, check items off those lists. I love breaking down big tasks into manageable ones and watching progress being made!

What do you enjoy most about supporting small businesses and entrepreneurs?

I love seeing new businesses come into my OE location and watching those businesses grow. Also, I personally enjoy introducing new members to other members—Networking is key for entrepreneurs and small businesses, and OE is a place where connections happen!

How many members (businesses) do your support in your location?

Rather than say how many members we support, I prefer to highlight the longevity of some of our members. We have three businesses that have been with us since our opening in 2015. It’s exciting to see businesses progress from a mail program or virtual space into an office! The flexibility that OE offers allows members to easily grow or downsize their businesses. It’s so needed in today’s marketplace!

What is just one thing you do that adds value to the members’ experience?

Often times it’s the little things that mean the most! We endeavor to treat each member like family and try to make them feel special by posting a congratulatory message on their office door, sending them warm emails, or tracking their birthdays. Additionally, being available to assist with any projects (big or small) that come up means a lot. No task is too small. From hole punching, to coding expense reports, to binding projects, we do it all with a smile!
