Office Evolution Adds Office Space in Madison, WI

We’re pleased to announce that Office Evolution is coming to Madison, WI.

Office Evolution franchisees Keith and Rhonda Kometer have signed a lease for an office space in Madison located at 2921 Landmark Place in Madison, WI!

This 9,944 square foot 2nd floor location is in a brand new, never before occupied space in a class A building atop a hill with beautiful views of the UW Madison Aboretum, Capitol building and various lakes that Madison is so famous for. It’s just off one of the busiest highways in the Madison area, Hwy 151, aka ‘the Beltline’. The building is midway between downtown Madison and Middleton, providing a perfect place for workers coming from various directions. Additionally, the deal they were able to strike with the aid of the Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Real Estate team was somewhat unprecedented (in a good way!), thanks in part to an entrepreneurial landlord looking to fill their building during an unpredictable market.
