Office Evolution Adds Office Space in Round Rock, TX

We are pleased to announce that Office Evolution is coming to Round Rock, TX!

The building, at 551 IH-35, isn’t even complete yet (images below are from the adjacent building, with a similar design), so OE will be one of the inaugural tenants! It’s a stone’s through from all of the retail and charm that downtown Round Rock has to offer, but with the convenience of being 30 seconds off of Interstate 35, a major north south thoroughfare in Austin.

In addition, the interstate underpass visible from the building is a hot spot for bat roosting in certain months of the year: nearly ½ a million bats call it home! I see a bat viewing/grand opening combo in OE’s future!

The ~8000 sf 3rd floor location will take up the entire top floor of the building, with elevator entry directly into the space. It will have 35 offices, 2 conference rooms, an open break area and an open drop in area near the front of the space.

Lee and Suzy Linton along with their real estate team that helped with the process, Lee & Associates (Mark Joens) and Aquila Commercial (Kristi Simmons & Taylor McHargue), worked together to make sure all things were ready for the future opening.
