Franchising.com Touts Office Evolution’s Solid Gains in 2021

As small businesses bounce back, Office Evolution expands to meet their needs

Despite the pandemic, Office Evolution enjoyed a strong performance during the first six months of 2021, noted Franchising.com, adding that the company is listed on Entrepreneur Magazine’s 2021 Franchise 500 rankings. The company’s model of entrepreneurs supporting entrepreneurs and providing co-working space in easy-to-access, suburban locations has proven to be a winner.

“Eighteen years ago, we made a commitment to support small business owners right in their own communities,” said Office Evolution Founder and CEO Mark Hemmeter. “That strategy is what is driving our core growth. We bet on those who bet on themselves.”

Office Evolution has added architect and workplace design expert Imin Lu to their team as real estate and construction project manager. The company expects to finish the year with new locations in Madison, WI, Arlington, VA, Detroit, MI, and Round Rock, TX.

“Small business growth is skyrocketing, and there is no one better to help small businesses in achieving their dreams than Office Evolution’s franchise owners. We understand them because we walk in their shoes every day,” noted Office Evolution’s Chief Marketing and Development Officer Andrea Pirrotti-Dranchak.

While some co-working operators struggled during the pandemic, Office Evolution’s supportive and authentic culture helped the company retain and add new members and franchisees. “Our Ohana (family) has always been the pillar that supports Office Evolution’s growth,” Hemmeter said.
