Congratulations to Brian and Nerrida Koster on signing a lease for their new OE!
The brand new location, at 1846 N. Loop 1604 West, Suite 205 in San Antonio, TX, is located in a mixed-use development a very short walk from a Starbucks and Eddie V’s, among other dining options. It’s just inside the 1604 Loop in north-central San Antonio and has quick and easy access to both I-10 and Highway 281, 2 major arteries in and out of downtown San Antonio.
The 2nd floor (above retail), ~7000 rsf location, was formerly a Remax office, meaning lots of small offices are already built out, minimizing the additional buildout required to bring it up to OE standards. Also, due to its mixed-use environment, we will have no shortage of OE signage, both on the building and on monument signs facing the highly trafficked Huebner Rd.
We anticipate this location to open later in 2020 or early in 2021. We are looking forward to seeing the construction of our first San Antonio OE!
