Member Spotlight: Léon Etienne Speth’s innovative bakery business!

As someone who is deeply rooted in the food industry with a passion for Authentic European Culinary experiences, Léon Etienne Speth, CEO and Founder XLVII’s Bakery aims to expand and innovate his brand. With the help of Office Evolution (and a stunning view of the Rocky Mountains,) Leon’s business rapidly grew. 

“I rent offices at Office Evolution, which has been pivotal to our growth. After starting the bakery in 2018, it took three years to reach a size where we could hire our first production bakers,” Leon said, “Once our production staff was in place, I realized the need for a strong administrative backbone and rented my first office with OE in 2021. We’ve since expanded to three offices and continue to grow, with Office Evolution providing an environment that supports efficient management and scaling of our businesses,”

Leon plans on using Office Evolution as his headquarters and central hub for his business into the future.
