Al Killeen of Integrative Mastery Programs

Meet one of our featured #dreamers, #risktakers, and #doers: Integrative Mastery Programs’ Al Killeen!

Are you a dreamer, risk-taker, or doer?

The question assumes an either/or response, but I’d say I’m all three. To effectively service my clients and help them become all three as well, I better be.

One must be a dreamer to envision a new enterprise and find the greater “why” in business and life. It must be so compelling that rough times are endurable and worth it. One must be a risk-taker to create a plan and put it all on the line to create a successful outcome. One must be a doer to navigate the journey mapped out by dreaming and risk-taking.

As fellow entrepreneurs, we would love to hear about your business.

Integrative Mastery Programs provides coaching, training, workshops, keynotes, retreats, and information through books I have written to empower people into a personal journey of success, significance and meaning. For over 20 years, nearly 1,000 people advanced in their journeys with Integrative Mastery Programs, from business leaders, professional athletes, homemakers, students to entrepreneurs.

Who is your typical customer?

My typical clients are successful professionals or entrepreneurs who desire something more than mere success…but significance! It is actually true that what we give to others determines what life gives to us.

What are your top tips for entrepreneurial success?

  1. Your value proposition in life and business is most profoundly experienced not by what you do, but rather by who you are.
  2. If you wish to have a great life, you must personify your values in everything you do.
  3. Leadership, management and coaching are critical skills to learn if you wish to succeed.
