Office Evolution Clayton is a leading provider of flexible workspace solutions for entrepreneurs, small businesses, and enterprise clients in the St. Louis area. We are proud to celebrate our 4th anniversary at the Clayton location in the same month that the Office Evolution franchise celebrates its 20th anniversary in business.
Since its beginning in 2003, Office Evolution is committed to helping businesses of all sizes achieve their goals by providing affordable, professional, and flexible office space solutions. There are now 80 locations across the United States, and Office Evolution has become one of the fastest-growing workspace providers in the country. Office Evolution Clayton is thrilled to be part of this growth.
We are proud of the next generation of business professionals and community leaders who call Office Evolution Clayton home. Whether it is our proximity to the courts, central location, well-appointed meeting rooms, or views from the 8th floor, we have something to offer all our members.
It is hard to believe that it has been four years since we acquired Office Options and developed Office Evolution Clayton. Our South Bemiston location has been in continuous operation as a shared office space for almost 50 years, making it a St. Louis original. Although the business has changed over the years, we often encounter previous clients who know and appreciate the location from a meeting they had here, or used it as their business address, or had an office at one point in time.
Office Evolution Clayton has evolved in several ways over the past four years. Our location has significantly increased its membership. We also prioritize culture, with a focus on community, family, and a sense of belonging for all members and staff. Today, Office Evolution Clayton has well over 100 members and scores of repeat guest users. We have over 13,000 square feet of private offices, shared workspace, amenity, and meeting room space. There is growth in revenue and occupancy, with leads and referrals on the rise year over year.
Finally, we are excited that now Office Evolution – a Starpoint Brands™ company – is part of CoWorks™, the largest privately owned affiliated franchise network of flexible, professional shared office space options. Since joining the CoWorks division in 2022, Office Evolution has seen increased growth and expansion opportunities.
