We’re excited to welcome Avital Miller to the AMP for a free Lunch and Learn: How to Be Successful at Meditation.
Wednesday, September 16 at 12:00 PM Office Evolution Downtown Denver (The AMP) 1580 N. Logan Street, Denver, CO 80203
Avital Miller, MS, is a former Microsoft Program Manager and best-selling author of Healing Happens and Practice. For over twenty-five years, she’s helped people unlock energy, emotional intelligence, and leadership skills to achieve more purposeful, productive, and harmonious lives — as an award-winning keynote speaker, corporate leadership seminar facilitator, and meditation expert. She’s presented on stages including The Kennedy Center, KTLA, and the Global Workplace Wellness Summit.
No previous meditation experience is needed, and you don’t need to be flexible to benefit. Through guided breathing and easy movement techniques, you’ll learn a practical, accessible way to relax into meditation — and leave feeling more present, refreshed, and ready for the rest of your day.
Here’s what one attendee had to say after a session with Avital:
“Avital gives clear and concise instructions… I felt energized right away. My mind is relaxed and ready for the challenge of the day.” — Jingwu Zhang, San Jose, CA
What to bring: Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy breathing and movement. If you’d like to eat beforehand, we’d recommend keeping it light — it’s easier to meditate on an empty stomach.
This one’s open to members and their guests, completely free. Come with any questions (or hesitations) about meditation — Avital’s happy to meet you where you are.
RSVP by stopping by the front desk or sending us a note — we’d love to see you there.
