Welcome to this month’s edition of The Ohana Network’s Newsletter! Behind every update, announcement, and story is a dedicated team working to keep our community informed and engaged. Today, we’re excited to introduce you to the people who make our newsletter possible.
Kallie Jost:
In my role as the Director of Community Experience at Venture X Greenwood Village, I strive to ensure that our Venture X members enjoy the best communal experience possible. Conference rooms are prepared with care, coffee machines are kept in top shape, and day-to-day needs are handled quickly and efficiently — all to help create an environment that blends networking, professionalism, and fun! Coming in to work every day and seeing members grow is one of my favorite parts of the job. The business world is vast, and there is always more to learn from others. Moments when members take a minute to chat — about their lives, suggestions, or even a funny video — are when I feel most content. Come visit me at our Venture X Greenwood Village location!
After graduating from CSU this past May (Go Rams!), my professional journey began here at Venture X Greenwood Village. As the youngest member of our staff, I bring fresh perspectives, creativity, and a spirit of innovation to everything I do. Contributing new ideas, learning from my team, and helping shape an environment where members feel supported, inspired, and connected are all passions of mine.
Outside of work, my fish — Big Joe, Little Joe, and Joella — keep life entertaining. Aquascaping and creating beautiful underwater tanks for my fish friends is one of my favorite hobbies!
As the writer behind the blogs in the Ohana Newsletter, I truly value diversity, and getting to spotlight how different businesses operate and celebrate their people brings me so much joy and excitement.
Bryce Hill:
I’m the Chief Revenue Officer and company visionary for our coworking network, helping guide our revenue strategy and shape how our 12 locations grow and evolve. I love watching companies transform over time, seeing our members make meaningful new connections, and finding new ways to create experiences that feel supportive, elevated, and memorable.
My path here was a bit unconventional. I originally studied apparel manufacturing and spent years in the garment industry before moving into hospitality and customer experience, where I discovered how much I enjoy blending creativity, operational structure, and people-centered work. That journey eventually led me into coworking, where I’ve helped launch and expand locations, support new franchise owners, and build the systems that drive sales and member experience today.
I’ve always been a dedicated reader of newsletters, so creating something fun and engaging for others to look forward to feels especially rewarding. Outside of work, you can usually find me cooking, planning my next trip, or spending time with my dog. My favorite part of contributing to the newsletter is the collaboration and creative spark that comes from working with a team who brings a variety of voices and ideas to the table.
Zach Aplin:
In my role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, I focus on creating a people-first environment where our members feel supported, engaged, and inspired to do their best work. I balance strategic planning with hands-on problem-solving and day-to-day operations, all while building a community that feels welcoming, collaborative, and genuinely enjoyable to be part of.
My journey began in independent bookstores, where I discovered my love for storytelling, curation, and creating spaces people want to linger in. With a degree in English Literature (pre-1800s), I developed a strong foundation in communication and creative thinking. After growing into leadership, cultural programming, and customer experience as a Retail Manager at Denver’s Tattered Cover, I eventually transitioned into the coworking world, where my passions for community, culture, creativity, and experience design naturally came together.
My work centers on member engagement, thoughtful programming, and meaningful experiences that elevate the entire workspace, and I love the blend of creativity, connection, and strategy this brings. Seeing people walk into a space that feels intentional and like “theirs” is incredibly rewarding, and I thrive in the combination of culture-building and operational excellence.
A lifelong book lover with a soft spot for anything atmospheric, character-driven, or a little weird, I spend my time outside of work exploring Denver’s food scene, hosting overly-themed gatherings, collecting board games, and obsessively curating cozy spaces. I also have a knack for remembering oddly specific details about people — a secret weapon in community building.
One of my favorite parts of working on the newsletter is highlighting the personalities, wins, and stories across our network and collaborating with the team to create something warm, connected, and reflective of who we are — helping our community feel a little closer each month.
Our newsletter is so much more than a collection of monthly updates. It’s the product of a dedicated team fueled by passion, creativity, and a shared love for our community. Kallie, Bryce, and Zach each bring unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives that shape a newsletter that feels warm, intentional, and truly representative of the people who make The Ohana Network special.
We’re grateful for the opportunity to share the heart behind the work, and we hope meeting the team adds a more personal touch to every edition. Thank you for reading, and we look forward to sharing even more stories, highlights, and moments from across our network very soon!
