Meet Ganesh Baniya, the President and CEO of Simple Mortgage LLC.! We asked him few questions about his business and how his membership at Office Evolution-Fairfax fuels his work day!

How did you get into your line of work?

I entered this line of work after my own mortgage was declined on the very last day of the process. That experience showed me how frustrating and stressful the mortgage journey can be for clients — and I knew I could do a better job. I focus on providing transparent guidance, smoother processes, and real support to borrowers. My goal is simple: to make home financing easier, clearer, and more empowering for every client we serve.

What do you love most about being a member at Office Evolution and how has it benefitted your business?

What I love most about being a member at Office Evolution is the cooperative and supportive nature of (the staff) Canden and Fred. Their “how can we help” attitude is truly exceptional and makes every interaction positive. I also enjoy the vibrant environment here — it creates great energy and a motivating atmosphere to work in. The convenient parking and easy accessibility have also made a big difference for my business, allowing clients and team members to visit without any hassle. Overall, Office Evolution has genuinely supported and enhanced the way we operate.

What’s a fun fact about you or a recent client success story you’ve had?

We were in the middle of a loan process for a family, and everything was going smoothly — the loan was already clear to close. However, just one day before closing, both borrowers left their jobs because they assumed they could easily find new positions near their new home. Before disbursement, the lender discovered this change, and the loan was denied on the spot. We had to pause everything and wait another 30 days until they secured new employment. After a lot of coordination, patience, and problem-solving, we were finally able to close the deal. It was a roller-coaster experience, but a great reminder that with the right guidance and persistence, even the toughest situations can turn into a success story.

What’s one thing you are looking forward to achieving in your business?
