At Office Evolution, our members’ success and business growth stem not just from innovation or our products, but from the dedicated teams that support them. From our on-site Directors of Community Experience to our behind-the-scenes Leadership team, these individuals guide, inspire, and support every location and member. While many are the public face of our organization, it’s often our management leaders who shape the direction and growth of the company. Today, we’re introducing the unsung heroes who help steer us toward success.

Bryce Hill  – Vice President of Sales

Let’s start with Bryce Hill, our Vice President of Sales. Bryce joined Office Evolution 7 years ago as the Community Manager at Office Evolution Golden. His passion for innovation in coworking led him to growing into a key member of our leadership team. As Vice President of Sales, Bryce oversees regional sales, marketing, and partnerships across the Front Range, developing creative strategies for our members and Office Evolution Colorado. With nearly 10 years in the coworking industry, Bryce brings valuable experience and a strategic mindset, fostering a collaborative environment where businesses and entrepreneurs thrive.

Katie & Scott Baroway – Vice President Of Operations & Owner

Next, meet the daughter-father duo, Katie and Scott Baroway, our Vice President of Operations and Owner. With 7 years at Office Evolution, Scott’s legal background and Katie’s expertise in recruiting and operations have been key to improving structure and processes across our locations. Following the merger that expanded the “Ohana Network” to include their Lakewood and Cherry Creek locations, their hands-on leadership ensures alignment and enhances member benefits. What sets them apart is their ability to turn complex challenges into actionable solutions, advancing our mission of “Ohana.”

Channen Smith – Finance Leader, Visionary, Owner

Behind the scenes, driving our financial strategy and smooth operations, is Channen Smith, our Finance Leader, Visionary, and Owner. With over 20 years of experience in sales, finance, and entrepreneurship, Channen plays a key role in optimizing resources and aligning departments with our goals. His sharp eye for detail and visionary approach help tackle financial challenges and implement systems that keep us on track for long-term success.

Diane Mapes – Culture Visionary, Ohana Specialist, Owner

Another cornerstone of our leadership team is Diane Mapes, our Culture Visionary and “Ohana” Specialist. Diane is responsible for creating a strong sense of our core value, Ohana; she works tirelessly to ensure that our team members are not only providing an exceptional hospitality experience, but going beyond that hospitality, to treat each person that walks into our locations as family. Her passion for creating innovative workspace solutions and commitment to creativity, warmth, company building, and excitement are contagious

The Forces Behind Our Success

The Regional Sales Team – Johnny Machado, London Berthelot, and Anna Siegrist

Our regional sales team plays a vital role in connecting businesses with the perfect workspace solutions across The Front Range and Denver-Metro. Each team member is responsible for specific areas, ensuring personalized service and local expertise. Johnny Machado, who has been with Office Evolution and Venture X for 5 years, beginning as the Community Manager of Office Evolution Lone Tree, and he oversees the locations within South and Metro Denver. London Berthelot, who has been with Venture X for nearly 10 years as a Community Director and Events Manager, oversees Venture X LoDo, in the LoDo district of Downtown Denver as well as events throughout the Metro-area. Anna Siegrist, who has been with Office Evolution for nearly two years, beginning as the Community Manager for Office Evolution Broomfield, focuses on the Northern and Western locations in the Front Range. Together, this sales team collaborates to provide tailored solutions, support growth, and create thriving workspaces for entrepreneurs and businesses throughout Colorado. 

Operating for Success

Jennifer Billinger is the Operations Assistant for our team, dedicated to ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of its Front Range locations. Since joining the Venture X team in 2023, she has played an integral role in keeping the community running smoothly by managing scheduling, member support, and the many behind-the-scenes details that keep everything on track.

In addition to her operational expertise, Jennifer collaborates closely with key vendors across IT, telecommunications, mail services, and more, ensuring that each location is equipped with the technology and infrastructure needed to support a dynamic coworking environment. She’s also a familiar face at the front desk, filling in across locations and always eager to connect with members, learn about their businesses, and contribute to the welcoming, professional atmosphere that defines Office Evolution & Venture X.

Building Connections On and Off the Slopes

Dylan Alito is our Business Development and Partnership Coordinator, bringing his passion for community and collaboration to the Venture X team. A professional snowboarder who has competed in the X Games, Dylan knows firsthand the dedication, resilience, and creativity needed to succeed—both in sports and in business.

Raised in a small town, he developed a deep appreciation for bringing people together and fostering meaningful connections—values that align perfectly with the spirit of Venture X and our vibrant coworking network. With a natural talent for collaboration, Dylan is always seeking innovative ways to expand our reach, support local businesses, and create unique activations and events that elevate the member experience.
