Who are you?

I am the president and owner of The Growth Coach of Northern VA. I work with businesses of all sizes, executives, and sales organizations to help them thrive and grow. I help with strategy, planning, execution, marketing, sales, operations, people management as well as team building among other items of focus. I am a Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Christian, Veteran, Businessman, and supporter of the community.

Why did you choose your profession?

I think my profession chose me. My background is in teaching and coaching. My undergraduate degree is in teacher education. I spent six years as an Army Officer where I learned about leadership, mission, vision, and teamwork. I spent over 26 years in corporate America where I honed my shills in management, people management, sales, marketing, teaching, coaching, leadership, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills. At The Growth Coach of Northern VA I am using all of my experiences and skills while working through the common issues of all small business owners. I love what I do, and I have a passion for helping businesses grow and move to the next level.

What do you do for fun?

There are lots of things that I enjoy. I enjoy traveling, sports, people, cars, and food. Not necessarily in that order.
