More than ever at Office Evolution Herndon

Office Evolution Herndon: It’s about more than an office, a desk, or meeting room! Sure, we have those but we have so much more to offer the budding entrepreneur, the growing small business, the practitioner (therapist, lawyer, etc.) and more.

As I write this blog, I am under two months shy of my 1 year anniversary as owner of Office Evolution Herndon. In these past 10 months plus I have learned a lot about not just my location but this space in general and that opening line sums it up perfectly.

The initial focus in the first few months was applying my experience. Over the last 25+ years (in tech mostly), I’d either been a part of or a consultant to many small companies and startups. I knew some of the things those organizations need so we focused on items like newer tech and more streamlined processes. We have also worked on expanding our community relationships with groups like Mason’s SBDC as well as the Enterprise Center, and Dulles Regional Chamber of Commerce as well as other groups.

Over the first-half of 2026, we have been working diligently on expanding our offerings for our members which included adding a new midsize conference room (Dulles) equipped with a fully integrated Smart board (video conferencing, embedded apps, etc.), a Conversation Room for more relaxed, flexible work space, and a Podcast Room. The culmination of these efforts just recently completed with the addition of a new suite here at 205 Van Buren St, consisting of 10 new executive style offices and a large open area for events. This addition gives us a very wide office inventory selection suitable for organizations of varying size and needs.

As we go forward from here, our continued focus will be on providing the best for our existing (and future) members and continuing to grow the great business community we have here! We hope that all of our existing members stay and grow with us and that many others come to be a part of it!
