The number one question from friends and former colleagues since taking over Office Evolution Herndon is “why coworking?“. The answer is pretty simple: I enjoy the grind, spirit and hustle of the entrepreneur and the small business owner. My favorite and most worthwhile work experiences through the years has been helping small businesses launch and grow.

And that’s what we do here at OE Herndon. We provide the infrastructure (Internet, utilities, etc.) and amenities (kitchen, coffee, etc.) to allow you to run your BUSINESS and not an office! We take out the worries of leasing your own space or working from home. Here the coffee machine is working (with great selections btw!), the Internet is fast and powerful, and the space is clean and secure. Oh, and I should mention that we have free parking, are only a short walk to the Herndon / Silver Line Station, and have and outstanding gym on site!

On top of the infrastructure and amenities, we have also worked hard to tailor our shared spaces for any and all business types. We have the right space for what you’re doing:

Meeting Rooms:
• Three (3) rooms of varying sizes to address your specific meeting needs
• Each room has the tech and infrastructure to support your discussions
• Our newest, an 8-10 person room includes a NearHub Smartboard with integrated Zoom / Teams so your remote attendees can feel like they are in the room with you

Specialty Rooms:
• Conversation Room: A private, thoughtfully designed space for small groups of 3-4. Featuring a comfortable couch and lounge seating, tucked into a quiet corner with natural light from a window and minimal foot traffic. Perfect for therapists, counselors, life / executive coaches, HR professionals and more
• Team Room: A larger flexible space with 4 movable desks that can be reconfigured. Available for day use, short-term projects, or temporary team needs. A place where important decisions, brainstorming, and collaboration happen. Perfect for project teams, distributed teams gathering for collaboration, and other teams needing a more focused collaboration space than a meeting room
• PodCast Room: COMING SOON ….. you bring the ideas and the discussion and we provide a sound-treated recording space with professional-grade equipment, thoughtfully located at the end of a quiet hallway and buffered for complete audio isolation and exceptional sound quality. If you are a podcaster, YouTube creator, online course creator or others who need to step up your game, this is the place for you!
