About Scott

Before becoming a recruiter, Scott Entinger was a financial advisor, but relationship-building seemed to be in his blood. Once he started connecting CDI professionals with hospitals, he loved the work and found it deeply rewarding to help people change their lives for the better. He never looked back.

What makes your company different? 

At CDI Search Group, we truly believe that happy CDI professionals lead to more efficient, functional hospitals, and, ultimately, better patient care.

In order to ensure that our Candidates flourish in their new careers, we do things a bit differently than larger search firms. Instead of simply placing applicants in the first suitable opening, we take the time to really get to know our Candidates. In addition to their education, experience, and skills, we get a sense of how each individual operates and where they will thrive.

What do you do for fun?

When he’s not at work, you can find Scott on the golf course, coaching high school basketball, or running around with his three young daughters and his wonderful supportive wife.

How has OE helped you?

Each office location we have occupied came with a very long-term lease requirement and did not offer any other amenities. We run a healthcare recruitment firm and the market is very sporadic in our current landscape. One day, clients will be ready to hire and the next week they might be cutting back budgets due to sudden restrictions, so we need flexibility. It was very difficult to find something that was both professional and offered the flexibility we needed. Until, we found Office Evolution.
