At Office Evolution Hillsboro we provide office space by the month, by the year, and becoming more and more popular – office rental by the hour. It’s a cost effective and practical solution for professionals who do not require a full time office, but periodically need a quiet place to focus or meet with a client in person.

Office Rental by the Hour

We have two fully furnished offices designed for those occasionally needing private space to work efficiently with business class WiFi. In addition, you’ll have access to our community kitchen with complimentary coffee and tea. To ensure we accommodate all our guests and members, we have an overflow office available when both Flex Offices are booked.

Flex Office 7
Flex Office 7 is the ideal space for virtual meetings, as well as meeting with clients or one on one networking.

Flex Office 12
Flex Office 12 is a cozy space ideal for counseling or coaching appointments and zoom calls.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We have several options to book an office, whether you’re looking to use the space weekly or just once or twice throughout the year.

OPTION 1: FLEX PLAN MEMBERSHIP

A Flex Plan membership allows you to choose your desired time needed to get work done, whether it’s an hour or two each day or a couple full days every week. You pick the plan with the number of credits that works best for you. Then, you spend those credits throughout the month in our flex offices.

Ideal solution for: employees or entrepreneurs needing private space to work multiple times per week

Price per hour varies from $4.43 to $5.52

OPTION 2: MEMBER PRICING

For our Business Address and Coworking members, the Flex Offices can be booked, as needed, at member rates expanding the significance of your virtual office.

Ideal solution for: professionals who require a business address or coworking membership and occasionally need a quiet place to focus or meet with a client

Member pricing for a Flex Office is $12/hour

OPTION 3: GUEST BOOKINGS

Guests are always welcome at Office Evolution. When other services are not needed and use of the office will be minimal, it is sometimes most cost effective to book the space as a guest.

Ideal solution for: guests requiring minimal hours in an office

The retail rate on our Flex Offices is $24/hour. Day rates are also available at a significant discount.
