Probably the best thing about National Lending Group is we really can help anyone with mortgage needs. We have a lot more flexibility than the big banks and will always go to bat for the underdogs. WE believe that the dream of owning a home should be attainable for all.

What are your top tips for other entrepreneurs?

The number one tip is: don’t be afraid to fail. Fear stops most people’s dreams before they even start them. Design a solid business plan and then go for it because the only thing that is usually holding someone back in their lives is themselves or small-minded thinking. Make your goals realistic, but the possibilities are always endless.

What is the best career advice you have received?

Value yourself and don’t underestimate yourself. The way you look at yourself reflects in all your relationships both personal and professional. Don’t be afraid to move on or try new things if a certain career path isn’t working out for you. You are not your job. Also, make sure that what you do end up doing you are able to impact other’s lives in a meaningful way. This will give you a sense of fulfillment.

Are you a Dreamer, Risk-taker, or Doer?

Doer & Risk-taker. One thing that really stuck with me was the “don’t get caught in analysis paralysis.” There are plenty of people all over the world with great ideas and dreams but the probability of them acting on them is slim. Don’t be like those people. Without execution, any goal is dead. Also, with anything in life there will always be risks, being risk avoidant will never get you past your plateaus.

How has OE helped your business?

OE is the new wave of office spaces. With Covid we learned a lot about remote work and how the workforce can change. OE is future-thinking and allows us a great deal of flexibility in the workspace and the ability to meet clients or meet as a team as well. This has been a tremendous benefit to our business plan and scalability
